The basics
A dedicated iMac with your AI employee fully installed and configured. It gets its own phone number, its own email address, and a name you choose. We deliver it to your office, set it up, and train it on your business. You own the hardware and everything we build for you. It's yours — not a subscription you're renting.
Whatever you'd ask a good assistant to do. It can answer texts from leads, send follow-up emails, write blog posts, draft social media content, schedule meetings, send welcome packets, do competitor research, put together newsletters, and handle the admin work that eats up your day. You give it instructions the same way you would a real employee — by texting or emailing it.
No. ChatGPT is a tool you type into. This is an employee you communicate with. It has its own phone number, its own email, and it's trained specifically on your business, your brand voice, and how you work. It doesn't wait for you to open a tab — it's working around the clock handling real tasks on its own. Think of it less like software and more like a team member who never clocks out.
Because your AI employee needs a place to live. The iMac is its workstation — just like any employee would have a desk and a computer. It runs completely separate from your other systems, which means it doesn't touch your network, doesn't need your IT team, and if anything ever needs troubleshooting, we handle it remotely. It also means you own everything. No cloud dependency. No platform risk.
We require a new iMac. Your AI employee needs specific storage, the right operating system configuration, and a clean setup to run properly. We use Apple because it provides best-in-class security out of the box — and let's be honest, it looks better sitting in your office than a beige tower from 2016. The iMac is part of the package, and it's yours to keep.
Any business that needs help with the work an employee would do — answering leads, sending emails, creating marketing content, handling follow-ups. We find it works especially well for real estate agents, med spas, plumbers, moving companies, and higher-ticket service businesses that interact directly with customers. If your business doesn't need employees or doesn't need marketing, we're probably not the right fit. But if you've got a full plate and need help, that's exactly what we built this for.

Setup & getting started
About two weeks from the time you say "go." We build and configure your iMac, train the AI on your business, set up its phone number and email, and deliver it to your office ready to work. Most of that time is us working behind the scenes — you'll spend maybe an hour or two giving us what we need to get it trained right.
Not even a little. If you can send a text message, you can use your AI employee. That's the whole point. You communicate with it the same way you'd talk to a real person on your team — by texting or emailing. We handle all the technical stuff.
The same thing that happens when you onboard a new hire — you fine-tune how they work. During those 60 days, we help you dial in how your AI employee communicates, adjust its workflows, add new capabilities, and make sure it's doing things the way you want. Unlimited support. No extra charge. By the end of it, your AI employee should feel like it's been on your team for months.
Yes. It's your employee. Pick a name that fits your brand. Some clients use first names that match their team's vibe. Others go with something more professional. Whatever feels right for your business.
Yes — we're based in Boise. For Treasure Valley businesses, we deliver the iMac to your office, set it up, walk you through everything, and make sure it's running before we leave. We also do on-site setups in Salt Lake City, Portland, and yes, even California. If you're somewhere else in the U.S., give us a call or shoot us an email — we'll figure out the best way to get you set up.
One thing to keep in mind — your AI employee runs on the iMac in your office, which means it needs power and internet to work. If your electricity goes out or your internet drops, your employee goes offline temporarily until things are restored. Same as any computer in your office. It picks right back up where it left off once you're back online.

How it works in practice
Text it or email it. That's it. "Write a blog post about the Boise housing market." "Follow up with the lead from yesterday." "Draft a newsletter for next week." Communicate with it the same way you would with any employee. It reads the message, does the work, and gets back to you.
Yes. It has its own phone number and its own email address, so it can communicate with your clients directly on your behalf. You decide how much autonomy it gets — most people are skeptical at first, and rightfully so. Just like any new hire, it needs to earn your trust. But after 2–4 weeks, we see most customers handing over more and more responsibility once they see the quality of the work. Some clients end up having it handle everything automatically, others prefer to keep reviewing messages before they go out. Your call.
Same thing you'd do with a new employee — you correct it and it learns. During the 60-day ramp-up, we work closely with you to make sure the messaging is dialed in. You can also set it to "review mode" where you approve outgoing messages before they're sent. Over time, as you build trust, most clients give it more and more autonomy.
Yes. It works with Gmail, Outlook, and Google Calendar right out of the box. If you use other tools, let us know during setup and we'll see what we can connect.
Yes — and this is how you take your AI employee to the next level. The more you work with it, the more capable it gets. Want it to start handling a new type of follow-up? Teach it. Want it to write in a different tone for a new campaign? Show it examples. Want it to learn your CRM workflow? Walk it through the steps. It's not a static tool — it grows with your business.
The same way you'd check in with any employee — just ask. Text or email your AI employee and ask what it's working on today. You can also set up automatic daily or weekly status updates delivered by text or email so you never have to ask. And if you want to see everything at a glance, there's a Mission Control dashboard right on the screen that shows scheduled tasks and current work.
Yes. Walk over and you can watch it working in real time — drafting emails, responding to messages, completing tasks right on screen. There's also a built-in Mission Control area where you can view scheduled projects and work at a glance. By default, the monitor goes into sleep mode to save electricity and ensure privacy. Just move the mouse or tap the keyboard to wake it up.
You can log in and check on things anytime — it's your computer and it's password-protected just like any other Mac. But we'd recommend treating it like any other employee's workstation. You wouldn't sit down at your assistant's desk and start using their computer while they're working. Your AI employee works best when it has a dedicated machine to focus on. If you need an additional computer, we'd suggest keeping this one dedicated to your employee.

Pricing & maintenance
Everything technical — plus the AI costs and your employee's phone number are included. Software updates, AI model upgrades, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization of how your AI employee works. We also add new capabilities as they become available. You get a monthly touch point where we review performance together — give us feedback on skills you'd like your employee to learn, refinements in tone, or new tasks you want to hand off. Think of it less like a software subscription and more like having a manager for your AI employee. You never have to think about the technical side — we keep it running and getting better so you can focus on your business.
No. It's completely optional. You own the hardware and the setup outright. The monthly maintenance just means we keep everything updated, running smooth, and improving over time. If you're comfortable managing the technical side yourself, you don't need it. Most clients find it's worth it so they never have to think about it.
Your AI employee keeps working. You own it. The one ongoing cost you'll keep is the AI service itself — your employee runs on the latest Claude models by Anthropic, which is the best natural language processing available right now. That's a direct cost you'd pay regardless, same as any AI service. What you lose by canceling our maintenance is us handling the updates, troubleshooting, optimization, and monthly check-ins. You can always restart the maintenance later if you change your mind.
The AI employee uses AI services to do its work, which have small usage-based costs — similar to a phone bill. We'll walk you through exactly what to expect during setup. There are no hidden fees and no surprise charges from us.
Barely. It's like plugging in a new computer — because that's exactly what it is. Expect your electric bill to go up by roughly $5 a month. Your AI employee is probably the cheapest team member you'll ever have.
We're not tax professionals, but some of our customers have found that the monthly maintenance fee qualifies as a Research and Development expense — which means you may be able to write off 100% of it. Our monthly service is quite literally providing iterative process improvement for your business, which is what the R&D credit was designed for. You can read more about it on the IRS website. Consult your tax professional to see if this applies to your situation.

Trust, privacy & security
You do. The AI employee runs on a dedicated iMac in your office. Your data stays on your machine. We don't store your business information on our servers, and we don't sell it. When we do maintenance work, we access the machine remotely with your permission — same as any IT support would.
No. It operates completely independently. It needs internet access to work, but it doesn't connect to your internal systems, your file servers, or your other workstations. Think of it as a standalone employee with its own desk and its own computer. It stays in its lane.
Absolutely. You set the level of autonomy. Want to approve every email and text before it sends? Done. Want it to handle routine follow-ups on its own but flag anything unusual? That works too. You're the boss — it works the way you want it to.
No. This isn't science fiction. Your AI employee does what it's trained to do and nothing more. It doesn't have goals, ambitions, or a mind of its own. It follows the instructions and workflows you've set up. If it says something you don't like, you correct it — just like you would a real employee. It doesn't get offended, and it doesn't push back. It just gets better.
If you can text, you can do this. We built it that way on purpose. You don't log into dashboards. You don't configure settings. You don't update software. You just text or email your AI employee, and it does the work. We handle everything else — especially during the first 60 days where we work side by side with you to make sure you're comfortable.

Taking it to the next level
Right now, almost nobody in the Treasure Valley is using a dedicated AI employee. That's the opportunity. While your competitors are still doing everything manually — writing their own follow-ups, posting their own content, chasing their own leads — you've got someone doing it 24/7. The businesses that adopt this now will have a massive head start in their market. A year from now, everyone will be trying to catch up to where you already are.
Your AI employee can write and schedule social media posts in your voice every single day — without you lifting a finger. Give it your opinions, your expertise, your takes on the market, and it turns that into a steady stream of content. Consistency is what builds influence, and most business owners can't stay consistent because they're too busy. Your AI employee never runs out of time.
Just like you'd train a real employee. Show it examples, give it instructions, and let it practice. Want it to start qualifying leads differently? Tell it the new criteria. Want it to write in a new format? Send it a sample. Want it to handle a process it's never done before? Walk it through the steps once. If you're on the monthly maintenance plan, we can help build out new workflows and capabilities for you.
Think about what a part-time employee costs you. In the Treasure Valley, you're looking at $18–25/hour, plus the time you spend managing them, training them, and covering when they call in sick. Your AI employee costs less than two months of a part-time hire — and it works 24/7, 365 days a year. It doesn't take lunch breaks. It doesn't quit. And it gets better over time, not bored.
There isn't one. You pay under $5,000, you own the hardware, and you get 60 days of support to make sure it's working the way you need. The monthly maintenance is optional. If it's not for you, you still own everything. We're a local Boise company, and our reputation depends on this working for you. That's the whole deal.
