About Full Plate AI

Built by someone who's been in the trenches.

Full Plate AI was founded by Brett Lindenberg — a digital marketing veteran with 15+ years of experience building systems that help businesses grow online. Based in the Treasure Valley, building AI employees that actually get work done.

I spent 15 years doing the work. Then I built something to do it better.

I've spent my career in the trenches of digital marketing — building websites, scaling content, running SEO campaigns, and figuring out what actually moves the needle for businesses online. I built and scaled one of the industry's first and most popular food entrepreneurship blogs, growing it to millions of pageviews per year.

Along the way, I saw the same problem over and over: small business owners are drowning in work they shouldn't be doing manually. They know they need to follow up with leads. They know they should be posting on social media. They know their email list is dying. But they're too busy running the business to do any of it consistently.

I've been on the other side of it too. I've directly managed and employed 10 employees — content writers, web designers, admin staff, video editors. I know the pressure of payroll and what it takes to manage real people. And here's what I'll tell you: working with an AI employee is surprisingly similar. You've got to have a ramp-up period for training. You've got to give clear instructions and provide support. If you've ever hired before, you understand this.

But here's the difference: the ramp-up is faster and the output is more consistent. There are no sick days, no miscommunications, no turnover. And once it clicks, you'll find yourself handing over more and more — taking stuff off your plate you didn't even realize you could delegate.

So I built something about it. Full Plate AI is an AI employee that lives on a dedicated iMac in your office. It handles the texts, emails, marketing, and admin work that never gets done — because you're too busy doing the work that actually makes you money.

No complicated software integrations. No month-long onboarding. No dashboard you'll never log into. Just text your AI employee what you need, and it gets done. That's it.

A real employee. On a real computer. In your office.

Most AI tools are software you log into. Full Plate AI is different. Your AI employee lives on a dedicated iMac that sits in your office. It has its own phone number, its own email address, and a name you choose.

You communicate with it the way you'd communicate with any employee — by texting or emailing. No dashboards. No integrations. No learning curve. It just works.

And because it runs on hardware you own, there's no platform risk. No subscription lock-in. It's yours.

What we believe about AI and small business.

AI should take stuff off your plate

Not add more to it. If the tool requires hours of setup, training, and maintenance just to use it, it's not helping — it's another job. Your AI employee should feel like relief from day one.

You should own what you pay for

We don't believe in locking customers into subscriptions they can't leave. You own the hardware. You own the setup. The monthly maintenance is optional because we think you should stay because it's worth it, not because you're trapped.

Small businesses deserve big tools

Enterprise companies have been using AI for years. Small businesses deserve the same advantage — without the enterprise price tag, the six-month implementation, or the team of consultants.
